Hi, just to show that Kexi development hasnt stagnated, let me showcase a new feature. I recently added the ability to the migration framework to read *rows* from *tables*, where the definition of rows and tables is quite loose, ie, it can be tab separated data from a text file, cell data from a spreadsheet, or a real row from a real table in a non-kexi database.

Up until now though there were no users of this api. That has changed, with the ability to import data from an external source into the current database.

As a picture is worth a thousand words, then surely a video is worth a thousand pictures (or is that only for a 40 second clip at 25fps?)

The video below is in theora format, and uses the <video> tag. I tested it in firefox and chrome, konqy users will just have to download it im afraid.
